Ranka graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade, painting department 2003. In 2006 and 2007, Ranka received fellowship for the Artists in residence program in Cite International des Arts in Paris. She was represented Serbia (2008) on the XIII Biennial of Young Artists from Europe and Mediterranean in Puglia, Italy.
